ReplyDeleteI bought redmi prime 2 from flipkart. After few month back camera wasn't work.for servicing they took 15 days. But after reapairing after two says again facing same issue and this time even my front camera also got damage. They damage my mob front camera
Bogus technicians at redmi service centre of Hazra centre. I went for servicing for redmi2. Technician told me that motheboard is damaged. Charge would be four thousands. I then repaired it from outside by just Rs 1000. All over I suggest that don't buy redmi phone of any type. It is real Chinese. It will expire just after one month of warranty.

problem is my phone was dead .i think it is not a big problem bcz service center told me that the motherboard of my phone wil be chnged . service centre give me date 26/07/2016. More than 80 days has been passed . after this period I call many times on service centre and also talk with toll free Customer care Number again when i call to my service centre , they told me it took another 10-15 Days. XIOMI Customer Service always Reply " We are sincerely working towards delivering the best performance to you" but actually there is no progress.
Hence Services of service centre is very very poor. They harsh the costumer . They do not respond .
its a ridiculous service ,as a MI Customer a have very bad feeling , i trust on MI but they just not serious about us.
all my contacts are in mobile , so its affect on my business also.
My mobile is with you from above 80 days and still u r not doing anything. i have purchased your mobile by money but they treated as this is their mobile, what about my Loss of This Day ?

They sell you goods and if there rise a problem even within warranty period they are going to harrass you in almost all of the cases. So whenever harassed just write them mails to their official e-mail id or submit them your complaints in writing and then file complaint in the consumer forum and make it a point to make them pay for your harassment.
